Apostasy: a total desertion of or departure from one’s religion, principles, party, cause, etc.
The United States is in the days of apostasy, as Israel was in the days before the Assyrian and Babylonian captivities.
And there will arise a prophet like Isaiah to point out the way of the Lord. And he will be fiercely opposed.
