CHRIST AT THE FRONT OF THE STAGE
To let God be first and foremost is essential for the committed Christian; that is, he or she who is serious about putting Christ at the front of the stage and standing humbly behind Him.
We say we want God in Charge of our lives, but do we really, all the time? There is a pernicious streak in each of us here and there, I’m afraid, that wants to be at the front of the stage with Christ behind in support. Brothers and sisters, let it not be so with you today.
