MISGUIDED PRAYER
I prayed this morning for all the lives that are closely attached to my life – a wife, two sons and their wives, three grandchildren, a brother and sister and their spouses.
Then a great check came into my soul from the Holy Spirit, and this thought came into my mind: “That is a self-centered prayer. Pray instead for all the lives you’re attached to.”
I thank the Holy Spirit for keeping me centered on God and His creation and not on myself.
